Food-tech
Finally Foods is at the forefront of molecular farming, modifying plants to produce proteins for the food sector by leveraging access to the Evogene tech engine, the GeneRator AI. The company first targets casein, a key dairy and functional protein and a potato plant was chosen as the “host” to serve as the “bioreactor” to express it. Finally Foods was co-founded by a seasoned entrepreneur and by Evogene’s former VP R&D, in collaboration with The Kitchen FoodTech Hub (TKH) by Strauss Group.
Joint product development with leading companies utilizing Evogene’s unique tech-engines. Typically, the partner leads later-stage development and product commercialization.
